Don't worry about your current experience or ability! Our instructor, Hayden, is here to help with all aspects and abilities. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, Hayden will provide modifications and guidance to ensure you get a safe and effective workout tailored to your needs.

Booking Required: To ensure everyone has a comfortable and safe experience, please book your space in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Our classes are popular, and spaces are limited. If you book a space and can no longer attend, please cancel your booking immediately. This ensures someone else on the waiting list doesn't miss out on the opportunity to join us.
To make sure your workout is safe and enjoyable, please keep the following in mind:
Suitable Clothing: Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Closed-toe athletic shoes/trainers are mandatory for safety and support during exercise.
Equipment Safety:
Always follow the instructor's directions carefully when using any fitness equipment.
If you are unsure how to use a piece of equipment, please ask the instructor for a demonstration or assistance before attempting to use it.
Stop immediately and inform the instructor if you feel dizzy, sick, or experience any pain.
Children Must Be Booked: If you are bringing a child, they must also be booked into the session to account for their space.
Adult Responsibility: All children attending the class must be booked by and accompanied by a responsible adult. The child/children are the sole responsibility of the adult booking them on for the entire duration of the session.
