Join us for a relaxed, fun, and pressure-free fitness session, we know that heading to a gym can be daunting and quite costly. Ourselves and Hayden (HD Fitness & Wellbeing) wanted to do something about that, whilst staying true to the Happy Somedays Values.
Please arrive ready for the start of your session, and of course, enjoy!
Wear suitable attire and footwear for a gym/fitness class setting.
Please respect your fellow participants and trainer, and listen at all times.
Ensure the facilities are well looked after and any litter is disposed of accordingly.
Feel free to use the "Take Part On Us" option when booking this is to support people who may be struggling financially and may not have the funds to enjoy our sessions. We do ask that this is used on a session by session basis and not to block book a full month.
